Our Safety Matches are 3" long to light all your favorite candles safely from start to finish! With dark colored match tips, a durable match striker on the glass jar, and one of our favorite Bible verses on the label, these Safety Matches are the perfect addition to your candle collection. JAR DIMENSIONS: Approx. 4" x 1.5" x 1.5"
Hold the match in your dominant hand, and hold the jar in your non-dominant hand with the striking strip facing out. Gently strike in the direction away from your body so the fire ignites and starts away from you, not towards you.
When lighting a candle, hold the match with the fire facing upwards and keep your hand under the flames. Flames move upward, so allow plenty of wood for the fire to burn between your hand and the flame during use.
To extinguish a lit match simply blow it out, drop it into water, or gently shake it out. Ensure the match is completely extinguished before disposing.
Domestic orders with a subtotal of $600+ qualify for free shipping. Orders to Canada with a subtotal of $1,200+ also qualify for free shipping.
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received. Rush Processing may be available at checkout if you desire to move your order up to the front of the line. Rush Processing is subject to variability.
